Xiaomi 18 Fold: New colors officially revealed

Xiaomi has revealed two additional finishes for its upcoming 18 Fold, expanding the range beyond the previously showcased red model. The new options are Black and Warm Gold White (see images below), with the company presenting the former as a restrained, business-appropriate choice and the latter as a softer, more premium-looking alternative.

As can be seen below, the 18 Fold uses a mid-fold design with a narrow, symmetrical hinge, rounded corners and a flat surrounding frame. According to ithome, the external- and internal displays will measure 5.38 inches and 7.58 inches, respectively, both utilizing Xiaomi’s Super Pixel technology and providing peak brightness of up to 4,000 nits. As for cameras, the foldable is said to have a Leica 200 MP main sensor on the rear, joined by a 50 MP 3.5x periscope telephoto and 50 MP ultra-wide camera.

Beyond its displays and cameras, the foldable is expected to debut the Xring O3 flagship chipset and LPDDR6 RAM for the first time and include a 6,000mAh battery, along with 67W wired and 50W wireless charging. However, prospective buyers outside China face a major limitation: the Xiaomi 18 Fold is set for Chinese-market availability only. Xiaomi is due to formally present the device on September 7.
