Vivo X200 series: Leak suggests two new models for 2025

The Vivo X200 series was released last month in China. It features three models including the standard X200, X200 Pro Mini, and X200 Pro. A new leak has emerged online suggesting that the Chinese company will release two new models in the X200 lineup in 2025. 

The leak comes from the Chinese social media site Weibo. A tipster who goes by the name Smart Pikachu has claimed that the two new models in the X200 lineup will have displays of 1.5K and 2K resolutions respectively. Additionally, the new models will also have curved and straight screen options. 

The leak also suggests that the display manufacturer will vary between Samsung and a domestic Chinese supplier. Other than that, there has been no confirmation regarding the naming scheme and other key details. 

To recall, the last generation Vivo X100 series also brought various models. Initially, the company launched the standard and the Pro models. Later, the company introduced the Vivo X100s and X100s Pro models with the Dimensity 9300+ processor. Hence, Vivo could do the same with the X200 lineup. However, global availability is still a concern since the X100s and X100s models did not get a global release.
