Ugreen launches compact power banks in the US with 45W fast charging, display, and built-in cable

Ugreen has launched the new Nexode 45W power bank in the US. Known as the P6 45W fast-charging power bank in China, the new accessory first appeared on Amazon in the EU with a 20,000mAh capacity. For US buyers, Ugreen has added a smaller 10,000mAh variant, offering a cheaper, slimmer option ideal for daily driving.

One of the biggest highlights of the new Nexode 45W power bank is its added safety features. For one, Ugreen says it uses ATL battery cells and is 3C-certified for in-flight use. The power bank has also undergone strict safety tests, including needle-piercing and compression tests, plus a hot-box test at up to 140°C (284°F), to help reduce the risk of battery-related fires and explosions. Other power banks with similar safety features include the Anker 20K Zolo Power Bank and Xiaomi Magnetic Power Bank 10000 25W (Integrated Cable) 2027.

Elsewhere, the power bank delivers up to 45W fast charging, which Ugreen says can take an iPhone 17 Pro Max (Notebookcheck review) to 66% in just 30 minutes. It comes with an integrated 7-inch USB-C cable that doubles as a lanyard, plus USB-C and USB-A ports, allowing users to charge up to three devices at once. A built-in smart display shows real-time power output, battery temperature, and battery health information.

The 10,000mAh model weighs 200g and measures 4.25 x 2.72 x 0.71 inches, putting it about 40% smaller than the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The 20,000mAh version is on the hefty side at 380g and measures 4.59 x 2.80 x 1.18 inches, but should still fit easily in a bag.

The Ugreen Nexode 45W Power Bank is available to order on Amazon in the US for $79.99 for the 10,000mAh model and $99.99 for the 20,000mAh version. The power bank launched earlier in Europe and is available on Amazon in countries like the UK and Germany.
