Ugreen brings new ultra-slim 100W charger to the US with vastly different pricing

Ugreen has released the Nexode Air 100W in the US shortly after debuting it in China. The ultra-slim charger is now available on Amazon, though US buyers will pay nearly three times the price it launched at in China. Specifically, the charger costs $74.99 in the US, compared to about $28 in its home market.
As covered previously, the Nexode Air 100W builds on the 45W flat charger that we recently reviewed. Instead of the typical bulky brick design, it uses a slim profile that can slide into tight wall outlets and takes up less space in a bag. Foldable prongs also make it more travel-friendly.
The charger is equipped with two USB-C ports capable of delivering up to 100W, alongside a USB-A port rated at up to 22.5W. When two devices are connected, the power output is split to either 65W/30W or 80W/18W, depending on the ports in use. With all three ports occupied, one USB-C port provides up to 80W while the remaining USB-C and USB-A ports share 15W. That means it can fast-charge a laptop like Apple's MacBook Air (Notebookcheck review) while topping up two smaller devices at the same time.
Like the smaller model, the Nexode Air 100W features Ugreen's GANInfinity technology, which the company claims delivers up to 93% power conversion efficiency. During our review of the 45W version, we measured peak efficiency of around 95.4%, although the charger did run noticeably warm under heavy loads.
The Ugreen Nexode Air 100W charger is available now through Amazon. Ugreen also sells a more affordable 65W version with the same flat design and three charging ports.
