US$19.99 UMIDIGI Ubeats Bluetooth 5.0 earphone promises 12 hours playtime

Those looking for an affordable wireless solution for their handset will soon be able to grab the UMIDIGI Ubeats, a Bluetooth 5.0 earphone that is scheduled to make its debut on June 17. However, UMIDIGI is also running a giveaway that will bring this accessory for free to a few lucky ones as well.

Without further ado, these are the highlights of the UMIDIGI Ubeats: Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, 12 hours playtime on a single charge, 33 grams total weight (0.07 pounds), 140 mAh battery. The collar is made of silicone and the Ubeats also features CVC noise reduction and large dynamic coils.

UMIDIGI compares the Ubeats with Xiaomi's Neckband. Xiaomi's competing product uses Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity and has a 10-hour autonomy. Made of TPU, the Neckband is slightly heavier and has about the same battery capacity.
