Bomber Crew is a strategy game set during World War II, where players take command of a Royal Air Force bomber crew. Missions range from bombing runs and reconnaissance flights to critical supply drops, each requiring careful planning and execution. Every crew member has a specific role: pilot, navigator, radio operator, mechanic or gunner. Success depends on skillfully managing these positions and ensuring seamless coordination throughout each high-risk mission.

The charming graphics might suggest a lighthearted experience, but Bomber Crew is known for its steep difficulty. One of its defining features is permadeath – losing a crew member or even the entire aircraft is permanent, forcing players to make strategic, well-thought-out decisions. Gameplay involves setting course markers, assigning crew members to different tasks, repairing aircraft damage and fending off enemy attacks.
