As a general overview, the Satellite P50-C and P50t-C will have the inevitable Skylake upgrade, while the Satellite P70-B and gaming-oriented Qosmio X70-B will both have new Radeon R9 M365X GPU options. The Satellite CL10-C and Radius 11 will not only get the new Braswell class of CPUs, but have refreshed designs as well. Expect all these new notebooks to come before the end of 2015.
Satellite P50-C and Satellite P50t-C
Core specifications for the 15.6-inch P50-C and P50t-C include a Core i7-6700HQ, Nvidia GTX 950M GPU with CUDA and Optimus, and dual SSD/HDD support. A touchscreen is only available for the P50t-C configuration, but both models will have UHD, FHD, and HD options with ChromaTune color calibration. The SD slot will also support UHS-II cards for faster transfer rates. Toshiba is expecting the series to appeal to both the multimedia and gaming crowds.
Satellite P70-B and Qosmio X70-B
The P70-B and X70-B will have the new AMD Radeon R9 GPUs with Enduro graphics. Otherwise, specifications remain nearly identical to their predecessors including the FHD display and Harman/Kardon speakers.
Satellite Radius 11 and Satellite CL10-C
The Radius 11 and CL10-C will carry Braswell and additional options for Celeron N3050 or Pentium N3700 CPUs. Toshiba is promising a runtime of up to 7 hours for each model. New design features include brushed aluminum surfaces and a satin Gold color. The Radius 11 will continue to have its 360-degree hinge for up to five different modes similar to that of the Lenovo Yoga series. The less expensive CL10-C is aimed at users who want a compact notebook for editing through Cloud storage.
