Tomba! 2: The Evil Swine Return Special Edition will be released on November 15, 2025, on PS5 and other consoles. And that's not all, because it will be possible to enjoy graphics from the PS1 era.

Retro games are still enjoyed by thousands of players around the world. And while some titles are more successful than others, that doesn't mean that certain developers are not working on new remasters. This is the case for Tomba! 2: The Evil Swine Return, which will make its return on PS5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series S and X, and Steam with a special edition.

As a reminder, this is a 3D platformer released in 1999 on PS1 and developed by Whoopee Camp. Often overlooked, it has impressed many players with its mechanics. Regarding its story, it is quite simple, because the players follow the adventures of Tomba, who is looking for his friend Tabby and wants to capture the Evil Pigs that have cursed the continent with a powerful magic.

Thus, Tomba! 2: The Evil Swine Return Special Edition will be released on December 15, 2025, and it will be possible to find the main plot of the game released in 1999. Indeed, in this remaster, Tomba, the main character with pink hair, went in search of his girlfriend, Tabby. The goal is to find her, and for that, 137 levels must be completed with the help of a friend named Zippo. A new trailer has also been unveiled, highlighting this story and showing graphics from that era.
