The iPhone 12 series and HomePod Mini are leaked in full color ahead of their launch
Apple's "Hi Speed" Special Event is widely accepted as the launch that will finally unveil the iPhone 11 successors. At this point, it is thought not to do much else besides introduce a new member of the HomePod family, however. The leaker Evan Blass has taken to his latest platform, Voice, in an apparent attempt to make sure there are no surprises whatsoever for those who watch this livestream.
These new leaks concern the same HomePod - currently projected to be a new Mini version. It may integrate Apple's U1 ultra-wide-band chip, which may or may not be used to locate other devices for its own ecosystem in its vicinity. According to the latest leak, it will come in Space Gray or White and start at €99 (US$116).
The new iPhones, on the other hand, are purported to be more diverse in their shading, especially at the base-model end. A plethora of leaks assert they are split into 4 categories: the 12 Pro Max, 12 Pro, 12 and the apparently 5.4-inch 12 Mini.
According to Blass, the Pro and Pro Max will come in (a rather pale) gold as well as silver, as one might expect, alongside Graphite and Blue shades that coincidentally match some of the latest Apple Watch Series 6 versions out there. The 12 and 12 Mini, on the other hand, may get Black, Green (which seems washed out compared to some of its competition), Red and White shades as well as the new Blue colorway.
This down-to-the-wire leak may be confirmed very soon, as the Special Event goes ahead almost imminently. You can catch it right here via the steaming link towards the end of the page.
