If you’re looking to get an early Christmas present for some friends (or yourself, no judgment), Steam probably has a good deal on the game you’re looking for. Thousands of games are discounted. Some notable sales include:

- Life is Strange 2 - $1.99 (75% off)
- Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice - $38.99 (35% off)
- Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order - $49.79 (17% off)
- Far Cry 5 - $14.99 (75% off)
- Civilization VI - $14.99 (75% off)
You can also go ham and buy the Star Wars Complete Collection, which includes 26 Star Wars titles ranging from the DOS era (Shadows of the Empire) through 2010’s The Force Unleashed 2. The whole bundle is on sale for $79.71, a 72% discount from its original price of $282.75.
In addition to the store sale, Steam users can join in the Steamville holiday event to earn “festivity tokens.” Each day of the sale will offer users new “quests” they can do to earn tokens. Quests range from things like joining a new group chat room to adding games to your wishlist. The simple tasks will net tokens that can be spent on Chat Stickers and Chat Effects.
