The OPPO Find X3 Pro will get Android 13 as well as 12
The Find X3 Pro is an Android flagship its maker OPPO chose to make look like the mirror-image of a new iPhone from the back for some reason. Then again, it would be one with a dedicated "microscope zoom" camera, not to mention dual 50MP sensors. Now, it has something else to add to its list of potential advantages: 3 years' worth of software support.
OPPO has reportedly stated that it is extending coverage (in terms of software updates and security patch upgrades) for its premium devices by 1 year. This change, which apparently also concerns the Lite and Neo variants of the X3, would bring the OEM in line with others such as OnePlus.
Furthermore, OPPO has indicated that it is also working on imparting a total of 4 years of the same on the X3 Pro, which would mean the phone could just about rival Samsung flagships in this respect. In either case, it also means that the 2021 Finds have ColorOS based on not merely Android 12, but also 13, in their future.
