OPPO has released a new poster teasing some specs for the upcoming Ace2. It shows that the phone will get a 90Hz refresh rate, as well as a touch-sampling rate of 180Hz. The latter is not quite as astronomically high as in some recently-released mobile devices, but may yet prove an asset while playing with some apps.
This upcoming device is also now reportedly touted to offer “4D constant cooling”, along with a 2nd-generation “vibration” mechanism that may also be geared towards smartphone gaming. It is also now destined for stereo dual speakers enhanced using Dolby Atmos.
This Ace2 phone is thought to have passed through TENAA as the OPPO PDHM00, and as such may also offer SuperVOOC 2.0 65-watt (W) charging on its April 13, 2020 launch. This would make it a pretty direct replacement for a break-through 2019 phone in which this ultra-fast power standard debuted, even if it apparently does drop the ‘Reno’ from its name this time around.
