OPPO has released the F15 to the Indian market. It is technically a new device, although it ships with an older chipset: the MediaTek Helio P70. It costs the equivalent of US$280 and will ship from January 28, 2020.

OPPO's first Indian-market phone for 2020 is the F15. Its MediaTek Helio P70 processor has featured in many phones from the previous year, however. The OEM pairs it with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of fixed storage in this new release.

The F15 does have a quad rear camera, at least, which has a 48MP main sensor. This set-up is completed by an 8MP wide-angle camera, a 2MP depth-sensing camera, and a 2MP lens for macros. Its 6.4-inch FHD+ screen has a teardrop notch that houses a 16MP camera.

This phone will come in color-shifting Unicorn White or Lightning Black options. It can be pre-ordered on Amazon.in or Flipkart now, although it may not ship until later in January 2020. The OPPO F15 costs 19990 INR (or about US$280), which, for its distinctly latter-year specs, sounds only about right.
