Huawei has announced the debut of the Enjoy 20 Pro via Weibo recently. The OEM has reportedly done so in response to a deluge of speculation regarding this phone on the same platform. It is thought to have the MediaTek Dimensity 800 processor and, thus, be a 5G device.
The 20 Pro is also thought to have a 6.5-inch display with a 90 hertz (Hz) refresh rate, and to have 6 to 8GB of RAM. However, these specs overlap heavily with the Enjoy Z, a phone that launched in May 2020 to be a competitive option in the lower-mid-tier 5G space.
In fact, it was thought that the Enjoys Z and 20 Pro could be the same phone in the run-up to the former phone's introduction. Accordingly, there is now some speculation that this is in fact the case, and that Huawei has simply re-badged the Z for a new, offline market. These rumors may have to keep until the 20 Pro's June 19, 2020 unveiling for their resolution.
