Huawei has released a successor for the Enjoy 9, and has also provided a Plus variant of the same in 2019. Now, the OEM has also updated the 9s member of this series. It is powered by the Kirin 710F, which appears to be an alternate version of the 710 SoC, albeit with few immediately apparent differences.
Unlike the Enjoy 10 Plus with its completely notchless display (although there is room for sensors in a chin that brings its screen-to-body ratio down to about 85%), or the Enjoy 10 with its punch-hole, the 10s has a drop-shaped notch in its 6.3-inch FHD display. This divot houses a 16MP selfie camera.
The 10s does benefit from 48+8+2MP triple cameras, however. It also has an up-to-date 4000mAh battery, although it charges at a slightly sluggish 10 watts (W). Nevertheless, the Huawei Enjoy 10s is clearly the budget variant of the new series: its single 6/64GB SKU currently sells for 1599 yuan (~US$226) on Vmall, a Chinese e-tailer site. Here, it is available in gradient green, black or white colorways.
