The Dimensity 800-powered Honor 30 Lite leaks out
With the release of the 30, 30 Pro, 30 Pro+ and 30S, you would think Honor might be done with this line of smartphones for the year. However, the Huawei sub-brand is now rumored to have yet another variant in the works. This one in the increasingly exhaustive list may be able to hang on to public interest, however, as it is reportedly powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800 processor this time and not a Kirin SoC at all.
It is slated to become the Honor 30 Youth Edition on its Chinese-market launch. However, it may also come to international shores as the 30 Lite. The prominent tipster Digital Chat Station asserts that it will have much the same specs as the Huawei Enjoy Z/20 Pro, triple rear cameras, 90Hz 6.5-inch FHD+ screen and 4000mAh battery included.
Furthermore, some images put forth as belonging to the "30 Lite" even show it has the same colorways as the pre-existing Huawei phone. This potential contender in the mid-range 5G space is currently rumored to launch in China in early July 2020. However, there are no hints as to its price as yet.
