The Apple MacBook Pro 13 doesn't offer any innovations, but it's still a very good subnotebook with a lot of power
The Apple MacBook Pro 13 only received a cautious update for the 2019 model, but this only applies to the more expensive and powerful model with 4x Thunderbolt 3 ports. The Cupertino manufacturer has now also provided the cheaper version with features such as the Touch Bar and a TrueTone display.
Although there are only a few changes, the MacBook Pro 13 is still a great subnotebook with a very high-quality case, a great display and long battery life. Our review also showed that Apple has greater control on the quad-core processor this year, so that users can benefit from high CPU performance, even under sustained load.
The situation with the keyboard remains somewhat problematic, because after the various reports of problems in past years, there's always a certain fear that the keys won't last in the long run.
As usual, you can find all information regarding our testing, including extensive benchmarks and measurements, in our full review.
