Teclast’s new N30 mini PC can handle up to three external displays and comes with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled. The compact computer also features a 512GB NVMe SSD.
Teclast's product lineup includes tablets, which are also available on Amazon, as well as mini PCs like the new N30. This computer is powered by an Intel N150 with four cores, which is a budget-focused chipset that doesn’t offer too much performance. That said, it should be sufficiently quick for office applications or browsing the web, but users who are planning to edit video or play video games should definitely look elsewhere.
The mini PC sports 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 512GB NVMe SSD. The internal mass storage is expandable thanks to a second M.2 2280 SSD slot. The memory is replaceable as well, which could be useful in case of a defect. The Teclast N30 only weighs around 9 oz and comes in a small case with a volume of half a liter, so it should fit on any desk. Alternatively, it can be mounted on the back of a monitor thanks to VESA compatibility.
On the front, there are two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, another one can be found on the back alongside a USB 2.0 port. Although USB-C is a very versatile interface, the mini PC also offers HDMI and Ethernet on the back. The Teclast N30 has been listed on AliExpress for an affordable $181, but shipping to the US doesn’t seem to be available at the time of writing.

I have been active as a journalist for over 10 years, most of it in the field of technology. I worked for Tom’s Hardware and ComputerBase, among others, and have been working for Notebookcheck since 2017. My current focus is particularly on mini PCs and single-board computers such as the Raspberry Pi – so in other words, compact systems with a lot of potential. In addition, I have a soft spot for all kinds of wearables, especially smartwatches. My main profession is as a laboratory engineer, which is why neither scientific contexts nor the interpretation of complex measurements are foreign to me.

My fascination for technology goes back a long way to the Pentium II era. Modding, overclocking and treasuring computer hardware has since become an integral part of my life. As a student, I further developed a keen interest in mobile technologies that can make the stressful college life so much easier. After I fell in love with the creation of digital content while working in a marketing position, I now scour the web to bring you the most exciting topics in the world of tech. Outside the office, I’m particularly passionate about motorsports and mountain biking.
