The Unisoc Tangula T700 (former Spreadtrum) is an entry level octa core SoC with two fast ARM Cortex A75 cores at up to 1.8 GHz and six power efficient ARM Cortex A55 cores at up to 1.8 GHz. The SoC furthermore includes a LTE modem (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), an ARM Mali G52MP2 GPU and a tri core ISP. Furthermore, the T700 supports 90 Hz displays.

The chip is manufactured at TSMC in 12nm FinFET.

The Unisoc Tiger T606 (former Spreadtrum) is an entry level octa core SoC with two big ARM Cortex A75 cores at up to 1.6 GHz and six power efficient ARM Cortex A55 cores at up to 1.6 GHz. The SoC furthermore includes a LTE modem (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), a LPDDR4X 1600 MHz memory controller, an ARM Mali G57 MP1 GPU at 650 MHz and a tri core ISP (24, 8 and 8 MPixels max). The chip is manufactured at TSMC in 12nm FinFET.

The Unisoc Tiger T619 (former Spreadtrum) is an entry level octa core SoC with two fast ARM Cortex A75 cores at up to 2.2 GHz and six power efficient ARM Cortex A55 cores at up to 1.8 or 2 GHz. The SoC furthermore includes an LTE modem (TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM), a LPDDR4x 1866 MHz memory controller and an ARM Mali G57MP1 GPU (850 MHz max) and a dual core ISP (24 and 8 MPixel support). The chip is manufactured at TSMC in 12nm FinFET. 

Compared to the T616, the T619 offers 200 MHz higher clocked A75 cores and a 100 MHz higher clocked GPU.
