TCL absolutely knows who their target audience is and they’ve aimed the TCL 10 5G at people who treat their phones like the portable entertainment devices they can be. True to the brand’s pedigree, the display enhancements are on point and you’ve got a really compelling set of specs to really round out the phone.

The phone is very, VERY good at misleading you about its price. This design, a set of cameras and partially the hardware, for $200 the device almost feels like the LG V50, only with new Android. The beautiful body, stunning cameras, a top-end display, an in-screen scanner, adequate battery life and performance – all this more than compensates for an old SoC and some overheating. The TCL 10 Pro for $200 feels almost like a flagship smartphone. Very modern and aesthetically stunning. I recommend it!

TCL:
Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.
Qualcomm Adreno 620: Integrated (in the Snapdragon 765 and 765G) graphics card based on the Adreno 600 architecture. Supports DirectX11_1, Vulkan 1.0, OpenCL 2.0, OpenGL ES 3.2. The 765G variant is 10% faster than the one integrated in the 765 and 20% faster than the Adreno 618 predecessor.
Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.
Qualcomm Adreno 610: Integrated (in the Snapdragon 665) graphics card based on the Adreno 600 architecture. The performance of the GPU is between the Adreno 510 and 512/612 and therefore in the lower mid range. Supports DirectX11_1, Vulkan 1.0, OpenCL 2.0, OpenGL ES 3.2.
Qualcomm Adreno 612: Integrated (in the Snapdragon 675) graphics card based on the Adreno 600 architecture. Our first benchmarks show a performance comparable to the old Adreno 512 and therefore in the lower mid-range. Supports DirectX11_1, Vulkan 1.0, OpenCL 2.0, OpenGL ES 3.2.
These graphics cards are not suited for Windows 3D games. Office and Internet surfing however is possible.
Imagination PowerVR GE8320: Integrated graphics card for mid-range ARM SoCs.

As one of the first SoCs it also integrates a 5G modem (Snapdragon X52 up to 3,7 / 1,6 Mbps down- and upload, mmWave and Sub-6 support). The processor is manufactured in the modern and energy efficient 7nm EUV process at Samsung.
SD 665: Fast mid-range ARM SoC with 8 CPU Kryo 260 cores (four fast 2 GHz Cortex-A73 cores in a cluster and two power saving 1.8 GHz Cortex-A53 cores) and a rather slow Adreno 610 GPU. Manufactured in a 11 nm LPP process.
SD 675: Fast mid-range ARM SoC with 8 CPU Kryo 460 cores (two fast 2 GHz ARM Cortex-A76 based cores in a cluster and six power saving ARM Cortex-A55 based cores at 1.6 GHz) and a rather slow Adreno 612 GPU. Manufactured in the 11 nm LPP process at Samsung.
