T-Watch Ultra DIY smartwatch now available to pre-order

The Lilygo T-Watch Ultra is available to pre-order again in the US. A limited quantity of the wearable was available earlier this year via the brand’s website, as reported by Reddit users. However, it is currently out of stock here.
You can now pre-order the Lilygo T-Watch Ultra via the brand’s official AliExpress storefront in the US. The SX1262(868MHz) and SX1262(915MHz) versions are priced at $94.98 each. Also listed are SX1262(433MHz) and SX1262(920MHz) variants, though these are not available to order at the time of writing. According to the AliExpress product page, the wearable will be released on May 21st.
Lilygo’s T-Watch Ultra is a DIY wearable, supporting Arduino, ESP-IDF and MicroPython. Powered by an ESP32-S3 microcontroller, the watch has relatively large storage with 16MB of flash and 8MB of PSRAM. It has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, with a Semtech SX1262 LoRa transceiver and a GNSS module.
The T-Watch Ultra has a 2.01-inch AMOLED display with a 410 x 502 px resolution. Other features include a larger 1,100 mAh (4.07 Wh) battery, a vibration motor, a microphone, NFC and an SD card slot. It is unclear when the Lilygo T-Watch Ultra will be restocked at the brand’s online store.
