Simply NUC has just announced a new addition to their lineup of mini PCs. The Zircon has a volume of just 0.6 liters and comes with a VESA kit, making it easy for users to mount it to a monitor, workbench, or wall.
At the helm is an Intel Processor N95, an Alder Lake-N chip with four cores boosting up to 3.4 GHz and UHD integrated graphics clocked at 1.25 GHz. Also present is a single DDR4 SODIMM slot, a PCIe 3.0 M.2 slot, and enough internal room for a 2.5-inch storage device.
When it comes to connectivity, users get four 10 Gbps USB-A ports, a 5 Gbps USB-C port with DP Alt mode, two HDMI 2.0, a microSD card slot, 2.5 GbE LAN, and a 3.5 mm audio combo jack. Furthermore, the Zircon ships with an Intel AC 7265 wireless card providing WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 support, with an external 36 W power supply also included in the box.
The Simply NUC Zircon is available for preorder now, and shipments are scheduled to start in November. It's currently being offered in a single configuration with 8 GB of DDR4 memory and a 256 GB M.2 SATA SSD, with pricing set at US$199.
