Sharge S4 GaN charger debuts with 65W fast charging support, built-in cable, and transparent design

Sharge has introduced a new charger in China, the S4. One of its main highlights is 65W fast charging support, and while the company isn’t making any official claims, this means the adapter can get most devices to 100% quickly. Speaking of which, this brick can power two devices at once.

There’s a built-in cable USB-C cable and one USB-C port. When two devices are connected to this Sharge S4 adapter, one will max out at 45W, while the other maxes out at 20W. It features SafeShield 4.0, which ensures that the connected devices charge safely.

As for compatibility, this fast charger has support for multiple charging protocols, making it work with pretty much everything, including low-powered accessories like wireless earbuds. However, Sharge didn’t mention which specific protocols the S4 supports.

Another highlight of the Sharge S4 is the transparent design. This, along with the built-in cable, makes the charger stand out. On the note of the design, the power adapter has foldable prongs, and with the compact form factor, it stands as a good pick as a travel charger.

Pricing-wise, the fast charger launched in China at CNY 249, which is about $34. There’s no word on when the Sharge S4 can make an international debut, but the company brings most of its products outside the Chinese market. So, this one should also land in the global market (65W Anker Nano curr. $39.99 on Amazon).
