Seeed Studio reComputer Mini J5011 launches: Edge AI mini PC with 200 TOPS and 10 GbE

Seeed Studio has introduced the reComputer Mini J5011, a compact system designed specifically for specialized industrial and edge AI applications. At its core, the computer houses an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin module paired with 32 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, providing 1,792 CUDA cores, 56 Tensor cores, and eight ARM Cortex-A78AE CPU cores running at up to 2.2 GHz. With AI compute performance rated at up to 200 TOPS, the system is built to accelerate AI workloads locally, such as real-time, computer-vision-based automated inspection in production environments. To suit industrial deployment, the chassis integrates specialized interfaces including two CAN ports, two RS485 connections, and I2C support.
Measuring 119 x 119 x 100 mm, the system operates on a wide DC power input range between 19 and 48 volts. Network connectivity includes two Ethernet ports: a high-speed 10 GbE interface capable of handling multiple uncompressed high-resolution video streams simultaneously, alongside a standard Gigabit Ethernet port. While native wireless connectivity is missing, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth can be added via an internal M.2 card slot. Display output is handled via HDMI 2.1. Peripheral expansion is provided by two USB 3.2 Type-A ports and one USB 2.0 port, while an additional USB Type-C port is dedicated to debugging and system recovery. The reComputer Mini J5011 is currently listed at a discounted price of $2,399. Since units ship exclusively from China, buyers should anticipate additional import duties and taxes depending on their location.
