Samsung India issues a price cut for the Galaxy A31
Samsung debuted the Galaxy A31 in India at the start of June 2020. It has a quad rear camera and a 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display, despite being firmly in the lower mid-range category. This phone is available in various online and offline retail platforms. It also now has a price cut.
It is now 20,999 INR (~US$278), whereas its launch price was 21,999 (~$292). It is not clear why Samsung has approved this reduction already, although it may invite speculation that the OEM is preparing another kind of A31, as it has done with numerous other phones.
On the other hand, there are no signs of such a device, although recent leaks have indicated that there are alternative versions of the Galaxy M31, A01 and A71 5G. So far, the A31's own new price has appeared on Samsung's own online store and on Amazon.in. Flipkart, on the other hand, has reportedly yet to follow suit.
