Rollme has a new smartwatch on offer, the P51, which is said to offer quite a few functions at an affordable price. Shipping is not included in the price of $39, although the company does offer free standard shipping for orders over $69. Warehouses are located in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom and China, so delivery times should be relatively fast for buyers in these countries.
The P51 has a 1.91-inch screen with a resolution of 320 x 386. The large internal storage of 512 MB is definitely not standard among smartwatches and is intended for storing songs, photos and videos. Music can be output to a paired Bluetooth headset. Over 70 sports profiles are available for recording sporting activities, although the P51 lacks a GNSS module, meaning that the distance covered cannot be precisely recorded.
The smartwatch is IP67 certified, making it waterproof and dustproof, but this does not necessarily make it suitable for swimming. The company also advertises health features such as heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and sleep quality measurements, although we cannot be certain as to the accuracy of these functions without prior testing.
An unusual feature is that the P51 not only has its own camera, but can also mirror the smartphone camera as part of an image preview, allowing a picture to be taken remotely via the smartwatch. As for battery life, Rollme specifies a runtime of up to seven days under typical use. Notifications can be displayed as usual, and weather forecast is also supported.
