The Redmi K80 series is expected to be announced within November, and Xiaomi has already started to tease the upcoming affordable flagship phones. While the company has yet to detail the specs and showcase the design of the smartphones, a promotional poster of the K80 Pro has leaked.
This leak reveals the back of the Redmi K80 Pro, and it aligns with the render leak from earlier this month. Specifically, the promotional material leak suggests that the Pro model will sport a camera island similar to that of the Civi 4 Pro. However, it shows that the flash module will be outside the island, similar to what the company did for its Xiaomi 15 series.
In addition, the leaked promo poster shows that the Redmi K80 Pro will sport a three-camera setup on the back. Past reports suggested that this setup will have a 50 MP primary, a 50 MP telephoto, and a 32 MP ultrawide. The front, on the other hand, is expected to feature a 20 MP selfie camera.
Besides the cameras and the design, the poster also shows that the launch is set for November 27 in China. This matches with what the past reports have claimed. The Redmi K80 series is also expected to make a global debut under the Poco branding. Among the two, the standard will reportedly launch internationally as the F7 Pro, while the K80 Pro is said to debut as the F7 Ultra.
As for the other expected specs, the standard variant will seemingly pack the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, while the Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite. Rumors also suggest that they bring bigger batteries than their predecessors, supporting up to 120W fast charging (140W Anker 737 curr. $106.48 on Amazon). Other than that, Xiaomi recently confirmed that the Redmi K80 series will come with a 2K display with support for full DC dimming.
