TENAA has released images of the RedMagic 11 Air ahead of its debut, revealing key design changes. The photos also show that the phone may have a cooling fan, unlike its predecessor

The specifications of the RedMagic 11 Air surfaced earlier, thanks to a listing on TENAA. Now, the agency has added images, revealing what the smartphone looks like ahead of its debut.

The images show that the RedMagic 11 Air will be quite distinguishable from its predecessor, the RedMagic 10 Air, which was released in April 2025. It is hard to tell what the front looks like since the image shows the screen powered off. However, based on the RedMagic 10 Air, it is expected to have its camera buried underneath the display, too.

On the other hand, the back of the phone, along with the sides, highlights the design changes Nubia has made. First, there are now four camera rings on the back, all of which protrude slightly. However, the spec sheet says there are only two rear cameras — a 50MP main camera and an 8MP secondary camera. The RedMagic 11 Air has flipped the position of the LED flash, as it is now at the bottom rather than at the top, as on the RedMagic 10 Air.

The RedMagic 11 Air doesn't just have more camera rings than its predecessor; the images also show a pattern of lines that covers almost two-thirds of the phone's back. There is also a RedMagic logo housed in a circle next to the cameras, and the back of the phone is covered with visible screws, like the CMF Phone 2 Pro. (currently available on Amazon.de for €199).

The TENAA images show that the RedMagic 11 Air has ditched the pill-shaped capacitive triggers in favor of rectangular ones. The circular power button and Magic Key (on the left) have also been replaced with pill-shaped ones. Another addition is the slits on the right side of the phone, which are likely to be for a cooling fan. The RedMagic 10 Air lacked a cooling fan, but it seems the RedMagic 11 Air will have one.

The RedMagic 11 Air shown in the images is white, but other colors will most likely be available at launch.
