Realme P4R - Reviews and Specs
Pros
Cons
The Realme P4R is a budget 5G smartphone focused on battery life, durability, and dependable everyday use. Its 8,000 mAh battery delivers exceptional endurance and supports USB-C Power Delivery. The 6.81-inch IPS display offers a fluid 144 Hz refresh rate but has a relatively low 1570 x 720 resolution. A MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and Mali-G57 MP2 graphics provide modest performance, with 4 GB or 6 GB of memory. Storage options include 128 GB and 256 GB, while the cameras offer 50 MP and 8 MP sensors. Reviews consider it practical and affordable, though its performance, camera quality, weight, and display sharpness trail stronger competitors.

The Realme P4R's gigantic battery and its budget price (in 2026) may be a good enough reason for some to purchase the phone despite its underwhelming hardware specifications. As mentioned at the beginning of this review, the silicon-carbon battery technology not only overcomes the limitations of the 6nm processor but also offers additional value by delivering battery life in excess of what most people may require or expect from a basic budget smartphone.

It's not the Realme P4R's strong suit to impress with a sharp display or with raw performance. However, if you're looking for a phone that will endure all day, every day, and all night, this is one of the best phones you can get for this price.

The Realme P4R stands out right away with its big 6.81-inch screen and tough, durable build. It is a big phone, measuring 166.4mm tall and weighing 224 grams, so it feels substantial and solid in the hand. The screen uses an IPS LCD panel that is incredibly smooth thanks to a 144Hz refresh rate, making scrolling through social media and gaming feel fluid.

After spending decent time with the Realme P4R, one thing’s for sure: this is not the fastest or the phone with the best camera in the segment. Instead, this is a device that focuses on durability, battery life and dependable everyday performance. The Realme P4R’s biggest strengths are the excellent battery endurance, solid build quality, smooth software experience and practical features such as reverse charging.
