Pros
Cons
The Realme P4 Lite is positioned as a budget smartphone with a strong focus on practicality rather than flagship-level specifications. Its standout feature is the 7,000 mAh battery, which reviewers say can deliver close to two days of use on a single charge. The phone also offers a large 6.8-inch IPS display with a 144 Hz refresh rate, making everyday scrolling and casual entertainment feel smoother. Performance is handled by entry-level to mid-range hardware, including configurations with 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB or 128 GB of storage. Reviews highlight its durable build, IP54 splash resistance, microSD support, and useful extras such as a headphone jack and fingerprint reader. However, the modest cameras, low display resolution, limited gaming potential, and some uncertainty around 5G availability keep it firmly in the affordable category.

The realme P4 Lite 5G stands out by focusing on practicality rather than chasing aggressive specifications. In a segment where many smartphones compete primarily on processor benchmarks or camera megapixels, realme has built the P4 Lite around long battery endurance, smooth everyday usability, and durable design. The biggest highlight is clearly the 7,000 mAh battery, which delivers significantly longer runtime than most smartphones in this price range. For many users, this translates to close to two days of usage on a single charge, reducing the need for frequent charging and making the phone especially useful for heavy daily users, travellers, or gamers.

Starting at Rs 9,999 for the base 4GB RAM and 64GB storage option, the Realme P4 Lite 4G impressed me with its reflective yet striking rear panel design, superb battery life, a good-looking and functional UI, probably the smoothest one I’ve tried this year under Rs 10,000, and a display that gets the job done for casual entertainment. The major drawback of the P4 Lite 4G, in my opinion, lies in its name itself, and that is the lack of 5G. Even though 5G phones in the entry-level segment could end up being a thing of the past due to the rising memory costs, phones like Lava Bold N1 5G (review) and Ai+ Nova 5G (review) are currently available under Rs 10,000.

The Realme P4 Lite is a tough new budget phone that was announced and released in late February 2026. It is made for people who are hard on their phones or just want something that can survive a drop. It has an IP54 rating, which means it can handle some dust and water splashes. The main selling point is that it meets military standards for durability and can survive falls from up to 1.8 meters. The phone has a plastic body and a screen protected by Panda Glass. It measures 167.2 x 76.6 x 7.9 mm and weighs 201 grams, so it feels solid but not too heavy. You can buy it in Beach Gold, Obsidian Black, or Sea Blue. Inside, the phone uses a Unisoc T7250 processor and comes with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM. It runs on Android 15 with Realme UI 5.0 software on top.
