Information about a new Nvidia GPU has emerged online thanks to prolific leaker @Kopite7Kimi. This time, it is the RTX 5070 Ti Super. As its name suggests, it is an enhanced version of the RTX 5070 Ti launched earlier this year. Specs-wise, it is a hybrid between the RTX 5070 Ti and the rumoured RTX 5080 Super.
The RTX 5070 Ti Super (PG147-SKU55) comes with a GB203-350-A1 GPU with 8,960 CUDA cores, the same as the regular RTX 5070 Ti. However, it is slated to arrive with 24 GB of 28 Gbps GDDR7 VRAM, representing a 50% increase in capacity. Lastly, the RTX 5070 Ti Super will have a TDP of around 350 Watts.
At first glance, the RTX 5070 Ti Super and RTX 5080 Super will retain the same position on Nvidia's product lines as their non-Super counterparts. However, the extra VRAM will undoubtedly result in a noticeable performance boost at 4K, and some might argue that this is what the non-Super versions should have launched with initially.
Exactly when Nvidia plans to unveil the RTX 50 Super refresh is unknown, but Benchlife (via Videocardz) speculates it won't arrive until CES 2026. Either way, anyone on the market for a new GPU should hold out for a bit because even AMD plans to launch 'stronger' RDNA 4 variants, too.
