Possible OnePlus 6T spec sheet and promo images leaked
It seems the entire specification sheet for the OnePlus 6T has been acquired and leaked online. Through a combination of the WordPress site Mr Gizmo and the Twitter account for Ishan Agarwal, the datasheet and a number of images have been shared just a few days before the 6T’s official launch. Many of the specifications for the device had already been leaked, so the sheet is somewhat short on surprises.
According to the leaked information, the OnePlus 6T will sport a 6.4-inch AMOLED display and operate with a Snapdragon 845. 128 GB of storage is mentioned, as is 8 GB RAM and a 3,700 mAh battery. It’s believed that alternative storage (64 GB, 256 GB) and RAM (6 GB) options will be made available. That reported waterdrop notch is still there, but don’t expect to find a 3.5 mm jack. The camera setup features a 20 MP (f/1.7) front-facing sensor, and the rear side has a dual camera system with 16 MP and 20 MP sensors (both f/1.7).
The marketing images of the new device from OnePlus clearly show its good screen-to-body ratio, which has been stated at 86%. Expect to find an in-display fingerprint scanner, digital compass, barometer, and assisted GPS functionality included with the 6T. The smartphone apparently weighs 180 g and will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6. A price of 579 Euros (~US$658) for the 8 GB/128 GB version has been mentioned for the European market.
