Pokémon Day 2026: Exclusive Bulbasaur promo card and more – here’s how to take part

On February 27, 2026, The Pokémon Company will celebrate Pokémon Day, marking the brand’s 30th anniversary. Online, fans can take part in a special logo campaign featuring all 1,025 Pokémon, with each participant receiving a randomly assigned design. Local stores, however, are set to offer an even more interactive experience. Visitors can take part in community activities such as trading card game matches, Pokémon battles on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 consoles (with the latter currently available on Amazon for $500), and card trading sessions. One of the biggest highlights is likely to be an exclusive Bulbasaur promo card created specifically for Pokémon Day 2026. Anyone hoping to secure one of these limited-edition cards will need to attend a participating store event.
