As tipped, Xiaomi has slowly begun to tease the Poco F7 over the past week. The sub-premium phone is rumored to be launching later this month, and has now made its first trip to Geekebench ahead of its official debut.
The Poco F7 is listed on Geekbench with the model number "25053PC47G", consistent with previous appearances of the phone on various certification websites. The core configuration shown confirms it's the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 too, along with its Adreno 825 GPU. Also listed is 12 GB of RAM.
Performance-wise, the Poco F7 tested fails to impress. It manages a single-core score of 1,937 and a multi-core score of 6,021. Both of those numbers are noticeably worse than the typical performance of Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 devices—the chipset generally matches the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and scores about 2,100 and 7,000 on those two tests respectively.
As previously mentioned, the Poco F7 is tipped to debut globally later this month as a counterpart to the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro that launched in China in late April. We'll keep you updated on that.
