Poco F4: Camera samples and pricing details revealed in new leaks
The Poco F4 is scheduled to make its debut on the global stage shortly. The phone has been teased over the past week by Poco and looks to be a rebadged Redmi K40S, albeit with a 64 MP camera. While most of the details of the Poco F4 can be ascertained from that association, pricing has revealed elusive—until now.
According to a new leak, the Poco F4 will be priced at $459 for the 8/256 GB SKU. Going by leaker SnoopyTech's tweets, the Poco F4 will also be available in 6/128 GB form, while Poco has confirmed a 12 GB model as well. US$459 may appear to be on the pricier side but the Poco F3 had a regular retail price of €399 when equipped similarly, so this leak looks plausible. That said, Xiaomi typically also offers a sizable discount for early adopters.
Meanwhile, the first camera samples of the Poco F4 have surfaced in new leaks. While it may mostly be a rebadged Redmi K40S, it trades in that phone's 48 MP camera for a 64 MP sensor. Details of the sensor are currently unknown but it appears to perform decently in the leaked shots, offering good details and solid night mode shots.
