Oppo launches new special edition 100W power bank
The Oppo Year of the Horse Limited Edition 100W SuperVOOC Flash Charge Power Bank 12000mAh 3C Certified Lucky Edition has been revealed in China. The original version of the accessory was launched in this market in 2024.
Now, Oppo has released a special version of this accessory which celebrates 2026 as the Year of the Horse. The power bank has a two-tone red and white design, with the lower white portion featuring gold-colored cartoon images of a lucky horse.
Aside from the ‘Lucky Edition’ design, this version of the Oppo 100W SuperVOOC power bank is identical to the original. On one side, it has two ports, one USB-C and one USB-A, which could be used to charge a pair of devices simultaneously. Oppo SuperVOOC 100W Super Flash Charge technology is said to allow you to charge a compatible smartphone to 49% in 30 minutes. Plus, it supports PD 45W charging, with a full recharge of the 12,000 mAh battery taking approximately 90 minutes.
In China, the Oppo Year of the Horse Limited Edition 100W SuperVOOC Flash Charge Power Bank will retail for CNY 249 (~$36). That makes it CNY 30 (~$4) more expensive than the original model. It does not appear that this product will be released in other markets like Europe, where the company sells a limited range of charging accessories like the VOOC Cable USB-A to USB-C 1m (curr. €5.99 at Amazon Marketplace DE).
