Like with the OnePlus 13 last year, the OnePlus 15 is set to be one of the first devices to adopt Qualcomm's upcoming flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2. While the Xiaomi 16 could beat the OnePlus 15 to the punch, new information indicates the OnePlus flagship will not be far behind.
As revealed by Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 15 is being readied to debut in October. The Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 has been confirmed to be scheduled for a late September release at Qualcomm's Snapdragon Summit, and it appears the OnePlus 15's launch event will follow shortly after. It's important to note, though, that this would just be the Chinese launch, with a global release unlikely to happen before January 2026.
Interestingly, the leaker also claims that the OnePlus 15 could be released together with the OnePlus Ace6 series. That wasn't the case last year, as the OnePlus 13 (buy on Amazon) debuted in October, while the Ace5 series launched in late December.
