The Samsung Galaxy S25 series launch is around the corner, with the company recently confirming the date of the Unpacked event. In case you missed it, the next-gen flagship phones are launching on January 22. Right ahead of this launch event, the official wallpapers for the lineup have leaked.
This leak comes from a notable tipster, Max Jambor, and per the tweet shared, the wallpapers have a stylistic S pattern. These are the same wallpapers that we've been seeing in the recent render leaks of the Galaxy S25 series, and as for the S pattern, it's undoubtedly paying homage to the Galaxy S brand.
Alongside the wallpaper leak, another prominent leaker, Roland Quandt, has reiterated the key specs of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. As some of the previous leaks have shared, Roland shares that the top-end flagship of the series will feature a Dynamic LTPO screen. This AMOLED panel will reportedly sport a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness rating of 2600 nits.
Roland further shares that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be available in three different configurations in the EU. As the report shares, the two options other than the base configuration will see a RAM upgrade, something that the past reports have already hinted at. More specifically, the 512 GB and 1 TB storage options are expected to feature 16 GB of RAM instead of 12 GB.
Among the other details shared by Roland are charging speed and dimensions. The report shares that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will sport 45 W wired charging (87 W Anker power bank curr. $44.99 on Amazon), the same as the predecessor, and 25 W wireless charging with support for Qi2, an upgrade. It also claims that the phone will measure 8.2 mm thick and weigh 219 grams, both of which are solid improvements over the last-gen device.
