OPPO Find X with 10 GB of memory hits TENAA
The end of the year is drawing near fast and Vivo still has to launch its 10 GB RAM smartphone that was mentioned by a rumor back in July and was supposed to arrive in August. Even earlier, a leaked product slide that surfaced at the end of January contained references to a Vivo Xplay 7 with 10 GB of memory. Now, we see the OPPO Find X with the same (rather pointless) amount of memory hit TENAA.
According to a TENAA database listing dated September 26 that MySmartPrice News spotted, the OPPO Find X might soon get a new top-of-the-line variant with 10 GB of memory and 256 GB internal storage. The updated flagship will probably hit the Chinese market first and we can only hope to see it reaching other areas of the world in a timely manner as well.
Since no other brand is currently selling a handset with 10 GB of memory, the OPPO Find X might become the first one to claim the bragging rights over this — rather pointless in this moment — impressive technical specification. Unfortunately, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845-powered OPPO Find X currently has some build quality problems, so let us hope that the Chinese brand can take care of those problems before launching the 10 GB variant as well.
Would you buy a 10 GB smartphone with a top processor, even if it turns out to be quite fragile? Let us know in the comments, but before that, you might want to check out the 60-day review of the OPPO Find X below.
