The CMF Buds have officially launched in India as the second pair of wireless earbuds from the sub-brand of Nothing. They feature 42 dB Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), 12.4 mm drivers, a total battery life of 35.5 hours, Bluetooth 5.3, and a four-microphone setup with wind noise reduction for better call clarity. The launch price in India is INR 2,499 (around $30).

CMF by Nothing started its journey as a sub-brand with the aim of offering affordable devices that are well-designed. It made its entry to the industry with a pair of wireless buds, a watch (curr. $61.99 on Amazon), and a GaN charger. All of them are budget-friendly and come with a lot of features. The company has now added another pair of Bluetooth earbuds called CMF Buds to its portfolio.

Desing-wise, the new earbuds look very similar to the CMF Buds Pro, featuring an in-ear design with stems. But the charging case is different. While the Pro variant buds come with a circular carrying case, the new ones have a square-shaped case. It also has an aluminum alloy 'Dial' designed to let you easily attach lanyards.

Now, while the CMF Buds have a similar design as their Pro siblings, there are some changes under the hood. First, the battery life has dropped from 11 hours to 8 hours for wireless earbuds, which is still good. With the charging case, the new buds can offer a total runtime of 35.5 hours, a 3.5-hour drop of the Pro.

Next is the ANC capability, which has also seen a little downgrade. While the Pro version could offer up to 45 dB of hybrid noise cancellation, the CMF Buds can offer 42 dB of cancellation, which is good for the price. There's a downgrade in the calling capability too. The latest buds have a total of four microphones instead of six on the Pro. However, the earbuds do have wind noise reduction and promise to deliver high call clarity.

As for the price, the CMF Buds are more affordable than the Buds Pro. The launch price is INR 2,499 (around $30), while the Buds Pro debuted internationally at $49 (curr. $44.99 on Amazon). Check the pictures and video attached below to learn more about the wireless earbuds.
