Marshall has launched a new version of its Emberton II speaker: Black and Steel. The latest colorway joins the existing 'Black and Brass' and 'Cream' variants and arrives shortly after the colorful limited edition Patta x Marshall Emberton II portable speaker.
The Black and Steel model features metallic gray grilles at the front and rear, with silver accents including the Marshall logo and control button. Like the Black and Brass version, the product has a black leather-like fabric enclosure. Aside from the different colors, the new Emberton II speaker is identical to its predecessors. The device features two 2-inch 10W full-range drivers and two passive radiators with a frequency range of 60-20,000 Hz. True Stereophonic helps the speaker to deliver a 360° sound experience, and you can pair your phone via Bluetooth 5.1 for app-based remote controls and OTA updates. Plus, Stack Mode allows you to amplify the audio by connecting multiple speaker units.
A built-in battery allows you to listen to music for over 30 hours on a single charge, with a full recharge takes around three hours. Plus, the portable speaker is rated as IP67 dust- and water-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor use. You can now buy the Marshall Emberton II portable speaker in Black and Steel for $169.99/£149.99/€179.00, the same price as Black and Brass and Cream versions.
