HMD Global has unveiled the 2660 Flip as Nokia's latest clamshell-style RTOS device. It looks like just another, albeit markedly compact, (at 55 x 108 x 18.9 mm in size) take on the basic feature phone of its form-factor, yet packs a number of surprisingly modern abilities and amenities for its appearance.
In fact, the 2660 Flip has most of its internals in common with the new 8210 4G, although it does miss out on the VoLTE and Bluetooth 5.0 found in the larger button phones alongside which it has debuted. However, the 2660 Flip even has their same main screen, with an extra 1.77-inch QVGA cover display on top of that.
Unlike the 5710 XpressAudio and new 8210, however, it lacks pricing and availability in its initial European market thus far. Nokia has indicated that the 2660 Flip will come in red, black or blue, although those options may vary depending on the country in which it is released.
