Nirva has previewed the Nirva Necklace and Nirva Bracelet at CES 2026 to help wearers live life more mindfully.
The wearables include two microphones, a UV light sensor, and a motion detector to continuously monitor users throughout the day. The IP67-rated device is dust and water resistant. It is powered by a battery designed to last up to two days between charging in the included jewelry box, which takes 90 minutes to recharge according to the company.
Once the wearables record and journalize conversations made throughout the day, users can add bookmarks as well as data about their location, health, and calendar to their journal entries on their smartphones.
The app can also provide a daily log of the user's moods. Time spent with different people, the conversations held, and other recorded data are used to identify mood triggers and toxic relationships. Nirva suggests users can then learn to avoid all the toxicity around them by using this information and talking to the Nirva AI, which is programmed to provide positive feedback, ideas and tips for more mindful living as their life advisor.
Readers can sign up to be notified of the start of pre-orders in February 2026, with shipments set to start in the first half of 2026. In the meantime, why not try looking at a lava lamp (sold here on Amazon) to calm one's mind?
