Rogbid has launched the SR08 Ultra smart ring at its online store. The new model follows the SR08 ring, which launched in November. The main difference between the two wearables is that the SR08 Ultra has a built-in display, showing information like the time, your step count and heart rate.
According to the product listing, the SR08 Ultra can also be used to track your blood oxygen level and sleep quality. You can log workouts such as hiking, running, cycling and golf, with metrics like pace. Plus, Bluetooth allows remote smartphone controls using gestures on the ring, allowing you to scroll through TikTok or take a photo. The accompanying JRing App is available for iOS and Android, though it gets poor reviews on the Google Play Store. The smart ring has a titanium casing, is 2.5mm thick and weighs 4g. When used with the accompanying charging case, it will last for up to five days, and it is said to be 5ATM resistant.
The Rogbid SR08 Ultra smart ring is currently available at the discounted price of $89.99 at the brand’s online store; it has an RRP of $189.99. However, it is worth noting that the company asks customers to request a return in just 7 days, and the return address is not listed on the website. More concerningly, though limited in number, the Trustpilot reviews are overwhelmingly negative. Instead, we suggest you consider a wearable like the Oura Ring 4, currently $349 at Amazon.
