New images of Redmi Turbo 3 showcase ultra-thin bezels
The Redmi Turbo 3 is around the corner, with the launch set for April 10 in China. Up until now, we got to know a good number of things about the affordable flagship phone. For starters, the company confirmed that the smartphone packs the recently launched Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. It gets an overall score of 1.75 million in the AnTuTu benchmark.
Next, the brand revealed that the Turbo 3 will have up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage, both of which are flagship-grade. The company has also confirmed that the upcoming phone will feature “Ice Cooling” to keep the SoC cool and offer a consistent performance.
As for the screen, the new teaser images of the Redmi Turbo 3 showcase ultra-thin bezels. To be more specific, the pictures revealed that the phone will have a flat display with narrow bezels on all four sides and a body that’s 7.8 mm thick. While the company didn’t share details on specs, it’s reportedly a 6.67-inch OLED panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution.
Besides, the official images hint that the Turbo 3 will come with dual speakers, and there also seems to be an IR blaster on the top. All these, paired with the capable SoC and a premium design, could make the phone stand strong as a great, affordable flagship smartphone.
Of course, the pricing will play a huge role in that regard, which the company is yet to share details on. But the launch is just two days away, so we don’t need to wait long to learn all about the upcoming flagship Redmi smartphone.
