The Dreame Aqua 10 Pro Track robot vacuum and mop has been launched in Singapore. This appears to be a global version of the X50 Pro Roller, which was recently launched in China.
Dreame claims that the Aqua 10 Pro Track is the first robot vacuum to feature a track-type roller mop with 45°C (~113°F) hot water sprayed in real-time. Inside the robot, dirty water is squeezed out of the mop to prevent it from spreading across your floor. The mop is said to provide wide floor coverage, though it should be noted that it can only get within 5 mm (~0.2 inches) of a corner or the edge of the room. Another advanced mopping ability is 100°C (~212°F) mop cleaning at the docking station.
The company also claims that its ProLeap system is an industry first. This enables the robot to climb over obstacles up to 6 cm (~2.4 inches) tall, a greater height than Roborock’s AdaptiLift Chassis provides. Plus, the Detangling DuoBrush is said to offer a “unique double brush & air duct design” and an anti-tangle extending side brush to collect hair and other debris.
The Dreame robot vacuum offers up to 25,000Pa suction power with a combination of camera and structured light navigation technologies. Plus, the intelligent docking station offers dual cleaning solution tanks for products to clean the floor and eliminate pet odor, and the dust bag and mop pad both offer automatic hot air drying.
The Dreame Aqua 10 Pro Track robot vacuum and mop can be purchased in Singapore for SGD 2,699 (~$2,099). Unfortunately, details of a global rollout have yet to be announced.
