Motorola Razr 50 Ultra and Edge 50 Neo get Pantone Color of the Year 2025 Mocha Mousse edition
As part of its multi-year partnership with Pantone, Motorola has announced the Motorola Edge 50 Neo and Motorola Razr 50 Ultra/Razr+ 2024 smartphones in a new color. The new color is based on Pantone's 2025 color of the year, Mocha Mousse (Pantone 17-1230).
The official press release says the color is a warming brown hue that hints at the delectable quality of cacao, chocolate, and coffee
. Motorola also disclosed that the special edition phones have a soft inlay with coffee grounds applied to it

The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra also has the words Pantone
and Mocha Mousse
engraved on the hinge. On the other hand, the Edge 50 Neo has the Pantone color block inscribed at the back of the phone and a dark gray frame that enhances its looks. Save for the new paint job, both phones are no different from the other color variants announced previously.
The two special edition phones will be available in select markets worldwide. Those in the US can visit Motorola's US site to register their interest in purchasing the Razr+ 2024 (available on Amazon for $799) in the Pantone Color of the Year 2025.
For those in Germany, while it is not yet available to buy, their prices have been revealed. The Motorola Edge 50 Neo is €499.99 making it slightly higher than the other colors which are currently available to buy for €468. The Razr 50 Ultra is €1,199.99, the same price as the other colors.
Nevertheless, if you are interested in grabbing either of the two phones, do check your local Motorola website.
