Motorola has now confirmed that its new Edge 30 Ultra will be coming to India as well as the Eurozone soon, bringing its ground-breaking ISOCELL HP1 main camera sensor and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 power with it as with the X30 Pro Chinese-market version.
The new flagship is coming to its latest market alongside the Edge 30 Fusion, a smartphone that could be described as a 2021 flagship in a 2022 chassis. Nevertheless, it might win its own fans as its Snapdragon 888+ processor is still (as Motorola says) "crazy fast", and drives 144Hz pOLED display tech comparable to that of the 30 Ultra.
Motorola has already announced that its latest top-end Android 12 smartphone will be available - albeit in just 1 8GB RAM/128GB internal storage SKU - for INR 59,999 (~US$755), although that price might be brought down by as much as INR 5,000 (~US$63) with introductory discounts.
Similarly, the single 8/128GB Edge 30 Fusion alternative will have a full price of INR 42,999 (~US$541), which may fall to INR 39,999 (~US$503) with rebates.
Both new devices will be released via Motorola's official retail partner Flipkart on September 22, 2022.
