Morfuns Eole X folding e-bike launches with 115 km range
Morfuns has launched a crowdfunding campaign for the Eole X folding e-bike. The gadget has a 250 W or 350 W motor that can assist you at speeds up to 18 kph (~11 mph) or 25 kph (~17 mph), respectively. The pedelec is fitted with a 36 V 10 Ah LG battery for up to 115 km (~71 miles) range. You can fully recharge the battery with fast charging abilities in five hours.
An optional 7 Ah battery can be mounted to the frame for an additional 55 km (~35 miles) range, and a power switch enables or disables the power as you wish. The Eole X has rear rubber suspension and 20-in tires for a comfortable ride on dirt tracks, light trails, and roads. Morfuns claims that the bike can be folded in 10 seconds, making it easier to carry on public transport.
The Eole X measures 151 x 58 x 105 cm (~59.4 x 22.8 x 41.3-in) and weighs 19 kg (~42 lbs). An LED TFT display provides information about the bike and your ride, such as battery charge and distance travelled. Plus, the pedelec has automatic headlights triggered by low lighting. You can currently pledge HK$10,578 (~US$1,348) to the Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign to receive the Morfuns Eole X folding e-bike, with shipping estimated for September 2022.
