The Cannondale Moterra Neo EQ e-bike has been launched in Europe. This hybrid pedelec is designed for riding on roads and trails; the company suggests you could use the electric bike for your commute or touring. Suspension is provided by 2.3-in wide tires and a 150 mm travel RockShox fork, which work alongside 4-piston disc brakes.
The Moterra Neo EQ is equipped with a Bosch Performance CX motor to assist you at speeds up to 25 kph (~16 mph) with 85 Nm of torque and a removable Bosch 750 Wh battery provides up to 175 km (~109 miles) range.
The e-bike has a built-in rear rack to carry up to 15 kg of luggage. The pedelec also features Lezyne headlights, a kickstand and a button adjustable seat post. You can view information about the bike, and your journey, such as charge level and distance travelled, on the Bosch Kiox 300 display.
It is currently unclear how much the bike weighs, though it is listed as having an aluminum frame. You can buy the Cannondale Moterra Neo EQ e-bike in the UK and Europe for €6,199 (~US$6,533). The pedelec is available in four sizes and two colors: Black Pearl and Agave (green). The company has not confirmed whether or when the pedelec will launch in other markets.
